Already known for creating an amazing experience with wine and food as part-owner of Salut! in Vancouver, Kelly Bruce was going out on her own. First, she needed a brand identity that quickly communicated her personality, which is centered around her belief that life is meant to be savored (in which fabulous wine and succulent dining experiences are truly helpful).
As a busy entrepreneur who likes to change it up often, Kelly’s website has to work for her. Like another employee, happily greeting customers at the door and letting them know what’s on tap this week. Did we mention that she’s also a sought-after caterer? Like we said, she’s busy. And her time is too valuable to spend on website updates. So we take care of all that. But, sometimes she finds the time to connect with customers, so a Twitter feed on the homepage allows Kelly or her staff to publish updates for upcoming events, even menus and lineups for weekly wine tasting. A Google calendar has the same effect. The result – Kelly can choose how much time she spends on Marketing – and we’ve got her back.
